A gym built on what you can actually do

Rose Up Fitness offers coached small-group training for adults, young athletes, and sports teams who want measurable progress without the crowds of a big-box gym or the intimidation of an elite training environment.

For Adults

Choose 1-on-1 coaching or small group training. 1-on-1 sessions are built entirely around your schedule and goals. Small group sessions are coach-led, capped in size, run 45 minutes to an hour, and structured around strength and conditioning fundamentals.

For Athletes

Choose 1-on-1 performance coaching or small group training. 1-on-1 sessions focus on individualized programming for your sport, position, and goals. Small group sessions bring that same coaching, capped in size, to a shared training environment with other athletes at a similar level.

For Teams

Strength and conditioning built around your team's schedule, season, and goals. Programs are custom, not templated — pricing and structure are set per team.

Deanne Rose is a three-time Olympian, Olympic bronze and gold medalist, and professional soccer player. Before Rose Up, her training happened on the biggest stages in the sport — national team camps, Olympic qualifiers, professional locker rooms. Rose Up Fitness is where that same coaching standard comes to Alliston.

“I've been coached by some of the best in the world. I created Rose Up to bring that same standard of coaching to athletes and adults in our community.”

-Deanne Rose

What we believe

Progress, not appearance

We don't measure six weeks by how you look. We measure it by what you can do now that you couldn't do before.

Capacity before intensity

A base before the hard part. That's not the slow way, it's the way that doesn't make you stop. If you've started and stopped before, the problem was never you. It was the approach.

You don't have to have it figured out

This gym isn't built for people who already know what they're doing. It's built for people who are ready to start. Whatever level you're at, there's a place for you on this floor.
